Hello! I would highly recommend it!
For this class particularly, her workload mostly consists group works, and onsite quizzes. This class focuses mostly on close reading different types of literature, and personally I've struggled with analyzing the poems, but she's really kind and open to questions.
Most of her quizzes are open notes but it definitely requires you to put in extra effort in studying since she grades how well you interpret text and extract evidence.
If I were to take her class again, I would definitely practice reading poems and understanding metaphors within context, same with the short stories she assigns as well. Not
super A-able, but definitely manageable with extra effort, at least coming from someone who was STEM in SHS.
Her class is really engaging, and definitely worth the experience.more
