Mactal is amazing!!! Had her for PSY 101 intersession and ugh she’s just so great!! She gives off such a motherly vibe that she relates all your lessons to her life or to the class! Hahaha, she really tries to get to know you pa as a student! She has a reflection paper after every chapter and legit she reads every single bit of it and comments pa 😞 sobrang mom vibes you’ll feel so loved and cared for!! Hahaha but her tests are a whole new level of difficult HAHAHA but her LTs are by pair so... HAHHAHA but her final exam the comprehensive one was wild and intensely hard hahaha 😞 but she’s for sure A-able! Just study extra hard. Listen to her lectures too! They help make you remember all the terms better and the questions she uses for her LTs is the same wording as her lectures so it’s all güdmore

Had her for PSY 101 intersession and she was the best! You really learn from her and she's really motherly! Although her LT's can be tricky, she gives bonus points when she sees that majority of her students got low scores in the LT or quiz she gave. Her bonuses are puzzles pa! Tale her if you get the chance! She's super cute and one of the most underrated psych profs imo!more

Okay for a more comprehensive review:
Had her for another methods class (PSY117) and for a very technical/boring class, she made it so entertaining because of her kwentos (Since she is after all the director of Assessment in Ateneo CORD) hahahaha but I believe Ma'am's humor will transcend naman whatever classes she is in.
Expe is a bloody subject - this is where you learn how to write papers and usually the curve is a learning curve so don't be sad if you get low on your first paper. I may not have Ma'am for Expe but I am sure she will guide you through it - ask questions and even consult. She's very meticulous and concise sa writing (in short OC siya lol) This is for lab. Aside from the papers, you will have a sem long final project where you will make an experiment (Groups of 3-4 -> choose your groupmates WISELY)
For lecture naman, Ma'am is very organized in teaching. Make sure to read the book and listen to the lectures because from time to time she'll give quizzes (both announced or unannounced) (usually group quiz haha) to see if you read or listen. You'll most likely 4 LTs and I am not joking mahirap siya magtest because it's tricky HAHAHAHA but kaya naman! You'll be prepared for the comprehensive finals.
Make sure to recite and show effort (show that you're reading, etc.) and she'll appreciate that. She is one of my favorite psych professors!more

LOVE LOVE LOVE HER super enjoyed her classes. lec was challenging but u just have to prepare for her surprise quizzes 🤩 lab naman she has this specific writing style that she wants to see from ur outputs so just constantly ask her for feedback!!

srsly though I had a pretty good experience with her. I think both lec and lab were challenging for me but that doesn’t mean they’re not doable. Just listen/review as much as possible and take note of how she wants you to write. You can always ask for consultation because she sometimes replies at like 2am lmao
