Echoing the sentiment that you are in good hands! She's very nice and teaches the course very well. There are only a few requirements when I took her and the materials may seem intimidating but she makes it easy to digest regardless of whether you're taking the class for your Minor or as an IE. She is also very considerate of her students (but of course, please do not abuse this). As for the course, it shows you how education really is a multifaceted thing but also gives you a good background of general psychology topics that can be useful even beyond the classroom (and beyond education itself). Some topics were even touched upon already in SocSc 11. There's almost always a group activity in class but really is more for enrichment of the lecture and nothing really intimidating, if anything it's really good as it helps you learn not just from the prof but also from your peers (I also made really good friends during the group activities so that's a plus!). She's also generous in terms of grading so an A is definitely attainable.more
