For me, he's kinda overrated. Yeah, his lectures are not really "lectures" as in preachy type pero more like inuman kwentuhan(1st day sabi niya dapata talaga ganyan). You really need to listen and study for the lt's kasi sobrang wtf niya. his lt's will practice your "how well do you know me, and how i ask" questions na sobrang labo to the point na it will question some of your previous beliefs haha. Hard B for me.Mejo di worth it tho kasi i prefer to learn about the Church's stance on marriage and sexuality itself and not just morality/philosophical side of it, hehe!:)more

Honestly he's a hit or miss prof but I enjoyed his lectures. He doesn't give out readings but weeks before the LTs he'll post a study materials page with links to articles and readings where he gets his materials for class and it helps a lot if you go through them before the LTs!! Last semester his LTs were matching type (70 items in sets of 10 questions each) and he gives the left side in advanced so you know what to study for. No midterm orals, just final orals which we did in pairs. So our requirements were just 2 LTs, final orals and final written exam but you really have to work for your grade.more

Took him before!
He approaches Th131 in a very different way. I found his lectures interesting, not your typical theo class. His LTs are very tricky: it's multiple choice but sometimes when you answer a question, the answer won't be obvious from the choices. Sometimes the answer is connected/related to the choice. It's really confusing lol but he would send the left side of his long test to help you review. You have a midterm orals (indiv or pair), written finals (also multiple choice), and final orals (indiv, pair, or trio)
Would recommend for the experience, not for the grade 'cause his LTs talaga HAHAHA but he was worth the C+ 'cause I genuinely enjoyed his classmore
